眼前農田與工廠錯立，若不仔細探查，經過的時候大多也沒覺得有何異樣。在這片土地上，時而聽到農人採摘的談話聲、時而聽到工廠發出的哐啷聲，人們皆在用不同的方式生存，然而一提到因環境交雜所延伸出來的問題，我們看見了遠方田裡的怪手，走過去聊聊後，他們說其實這一帶的地力恢復工程已來到了尾聲，但這片田地卻也要到年底才有望復耕，一聽到年底，回推了一下當時也才四月份，不禁在心想：「所以至少還要再等半年？」
其實我們當初想探訪這裡，也是藉由媒體報導以及相關數據才選定的定點，但在跟居民深聊過後，我們才知道當地人已被社會貼上了污染標籤，當地人很擔心我們的探訪又是標籤上的一只膠帶，而又忽視了他們的努力。
其實我們在做整體田野調查，也並不是想渲染恐懼，除了想要喚起心底的意識之外，我們相信這些故事能讓我們更理解彼此，一起找到在這片土地共存的方式。
The agricultural and the industrial area are intangled in Taiwan. If you don't check it carefully, you won't find anything unusual when you pass by. On this land, people are living in different ways.
We saw the excavator in the field and walked over to chat, The driver said that the soil restoration project in this area has come to an end, but this field is not expected to be replanted until the end of the year. It was only in April at the time, and I couldn’t help thinking, 'So at least another half a year?'
In fact, we chose to visit this place for its bad reputation about the pollution. While the locals have been labeled as pollution by the society, the locals are worried that our visit would make the impact even stronger, and their efforts will be ignored.
In fact, we are trying to clear the fear by taking this field trip. We believe that these stories can help us understand each other better and find a way to coexist in this land together.
